Taking a cruise is never boring – don’t let anyone tell you it is. Any Dubai cruises are packed with activities at any time of the day or night.
Cruise ships try hard to have something to do for everyone and have dozens of programs that are organized which offer a large assortment of activities, covering a range of interests — particularly on the days at sea. If you are active, you canjoin in games by the pool, play volleyball and basketball in tournaments, improve your golf, or take a dance class. Indoors, you can find a lecture, play cards (always popular is bridge) or play bingo, learn how to fold napkins or arrange flowers, bid on items at an auction of art, play trivia, watch a cooking demo or join others at a wine-tasting.
All times of the day is entertainment from musical singers by the pool to shows in the afternoon (comedy), small acts like dancers and singers or acrobatic and high diversby the pool, and movies (in indoor cinema — perhaps even 3D one — or poolside).
You can skip all activities and merely lounge at the pool with a cocktail. Also open during the day are ships’ libraries, boutiques, and casinos (at sea only) — not to forget the many places for drinking and eating round-the-clock. Outdoors, try Ping-Pong, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and — on several ships — rope courses, rock climbing walls, mini-golf, and onboard surfing. And, you can always go to your cabin to enjoy the view from the balcony or pamper with a massage.
There is never a free minute while on a cruise – unless you want to have one for a nap. Nothing like a good afternoon nap!
